Information Technology Department

The Information Technology (IT) Department is responsible for all aspects of computer-based information systems used in Gordon County. This includes the acquisition, implementation, maintenance, etc., of all such systems used by Gordon County. Also, the IT Department is responsible for Gordon County's Internet presence, providing the public with an effective web-based means of accessing information. The IT Department ensures that the acquisition and use of computer-based information systems is needed, cost-effective, and will provide a smooth transition into the ever changing and expanding Information Age.
