Senior Citizens Center

The Gordon County Senior Citizens Center operates from the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The center offers a variety of services to the seniors of Gordon County. The Center is located off of Curtis Parkway at 150 Cambridge Court. Some services that are provided at the Senior Center are Veteran’s administration, legal aid, meals on wheels and the Nutrition Program. Several local home health agencies provide blood pressure/sugar checks at the center once a month. Seniors can come to the center to enjoy activities such as bingo, dances, exercising, pool and card playing, exercise classes, local entertainment and much more. The center works with other senior groups in the county to provide them a place to hold their activities. The senior center also goes on several field trips during every month. The Gordon County Senior Citizen's Center provides seniors with a clean and safe environment to socialize with others. All senior citizens of Gordon County are welcome to come to the Center to participate in all activities.
